WasherDryer is a platform that connects individuals seeking to rent washer and dryer units with providers offering such equipment for rent. We facilitate the connection between renters and providers but are not a party to any rental agreement between users.

• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

6. Renter Responsibilities

If you rent equipment through our platform, you agree to:

• Treat the equipment with reasonable care
• Return the equipment in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)
• Pay all rental fees and charges as agreed
• Report any damage or issues immediately
• Comply with all terms of your rental agreement

7. Payments and Fees

We may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to listing fees for providers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the service.

8. Disclaimers

WasherDryer provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of equipment listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of providers to rent equipment or renters to pay for rentals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitalna Reka LLC and WasherDryer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digitalna Reka LLC, WasherDryer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
